This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by SK Developments, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, graphic design, SEO optimization, and digital marketing services.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of service completion or project delivery
- The delivered service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the project proposal or contract
- The service contains significant defects or errors that materially impact functionality
- We fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeline (excluding extensions mutually agreed upon)
- You cancel a pre-paid service before work has commenced
3. Service-Specific Policies
Web Development Services
For web development projects:
- Full refund available if the project is cancelled before initial design phase completion
- 50% refund available if cancelled during development phase
- No refund after project delivery unless the site has critical bugs affecting core functionality
- Minor revisions may be requested during the initial 14-day post-launch period
Mobile App Development Services
For mobile app development:
- Full refund if cancelled before development phase begins
- Partial refund based on completion percentage if cancelled during development
- Limited refund for post-delivery bug fixes (if not related to our development)
- Updates and maintenance services are non-refundable unless not delivered as promised
Design Services (UI/UX, Graphic Design)
For design services:
- Cancellation before initial concepts are presented: 100% refund
- Cancellation after first round of revisions: 50% refund
- Cancellation after design approval: 25% refund (design files still delivered)
- No refund after final delivery and approval
SEO & Digital Marketing Services
For ongoing SEO and digital marketing services:
- Monthly services may be cancelled with 7 days notice for a pro-rata refund
- No refund for partial month services (minimum billing period applies)
- Results-based guarantees: if specific KPIs are not met after 3 months, we will either continue service or provide partial refund
- Custom campaign cancellations: refund based on remaining service period

- Refund Payment: 10-14 business days after approval (depending on payment method)
- Bank Processing: Your bank may take 3-5 additional business days to reflect the refund
Note: Refunds to credit cards may appear as credits on your next statement. International transfers may take longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Hosting, domain registration, or third-party service subscriptions
- Services that have been fully completed and delivered as per specifications
- Maintenance and support contracts (after service period has commenced)
- Training and consultation services (after delivery)
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Services cancelled after more than 30 days of completion
- Custom projects where you've requested modifications outside the original scope
- Stock images, templates, or licenses purchased on your behalf
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins
If you cancel your project before we begin any work:
- 100% refund of prepaid amounts
- Refund processed within 10 business days
- No cancellation fees apply
During Project Development
If you cancel during development:
- Refund calculated based on work completed
- Completion percentage determined by project milestone completion
- You may receive partial deliverables completed up to cancellation point
- Request must be made in writing to be valid
Post-Delivery
Cancellations after project delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis and require direct negotiation with our team.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds apply in the following scenarios:
- Service partially completed before cancellation
- Some deliverables completed, others incomplete
- Timeline extension agreed upon (partial refund for extended period)
- Scope reduction after project initiation
Partial refund amounts are calculated based on:
- Percentage of work completed
